Emma Blackburn, Matrix safety and compliance Ltd

Business overview

Noone likes health and safety right?! well, I come from a background of high risk aviation operations at sea, and we just built it into our way of life. Matrix safety is borne out of that concept, safety needs to be tailored to the business size, shape, operating environment and team culture. The Matrix name reflects the fact that it is woven into the fabric of production and output and every aspect of the business has an impact on every other. Currently a solopreneur, but looking to expand, my business engages with the team to create a safety environment that is visible but not unduly onerous, fulfils the needs of the business and complies with legal, industry and standards expectations. it's based out of a mindset of approach, because TO me safety starts WITH me....
