Noone likes health and safety right?! well, I come from a background of high risk aviation operations at sea, and we just built it into our way of life. Matrix safety is borne out of that concept, safety needs to be tailored to the business size, shape, operating environment and team culture. The Matrix name reflects the fact that it is woven into the fabric of production and output and every aspect of the business has an impact on every other.
