My point of difference
Coming from the banking/financial background as well as owning my own business and being the mother of 4 little kids at the same time I can relate on a personal level with a majority of people of why they may get a certain frustration with the lender(s) and what would be the difference in an approach to get that "YES"I am down to earth and relatable to majority of the concerns and issues that may arise and know how to overcome them swiftly

What would the mortgage rates be in 2021?Given that the rates are currently at the lowest, the only thoughts would be to guess and prepare for the future, we are already in November 2020 and although the demand for the uptake of housing is still fairly strong, what would the rates be in 2021 and what to expect?
the official rates have been dropped and there is a possibility for further cuts according to leading economists around the country
the fierce competition among the banks for the cash deposits will keep it going in the next 6 to 12 months
just looking at these two points we can only assume that there will be further pressure on the local lenders to keep up their margins from both the deposits and lending side
so the probability of the rates to go further down is probably low and the rates going up may be in place, suggestion here is let us sit down go through your circumstances and see what matches your financial needs and discuss the options taking the future of the rates and what we would need to do
