Corcoran French is a medium size law firm with offices in Christchurch, Kaiapoi and Greymouth and approximately 75 staff. We are a full-service general practice law firm. I am a property lawyer in our Christchurch office with experience in residential and commercial property transactions (including first home buyers and refinancing), sale and purchase of businesses, commercial leases, build contracts, family trusts, wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney.Our team at Corcoran French also offer a wide range of other legal services (including court and litigation, employment, estates and estate planning, family, franchising, local government, resource management, subdivisions, insolvency, alcohol licensing, mediation, ACC and company law).
