Testimonials

“I love the HerCoreStrength workouts! I love the challenge, and the use of light weights to add an extra dynamic to the workout. I am a runner, and I felt the change with the extra strength from Anne’s classes. I also really loved Anne’s attention to posture, especially as it helped me open my chest and make my breathing easier!”

“I love food, and I love to go out, but, at an older age I realise I need to workout not only to stay in shape, but also to preserve and protect my body for the future. I love workouts where I can really get stuck in, and I don’t have to think about anything. The HerCoreStrength workouts provided by Anne covered all my needs, while also being fun and always different. Anne is very thoughtful in the creation of the HerCoreStrength classes, which meant I always had something new a different to push myself with. ”

— Pascale
“As a woman who is much older than the others in the HerCoreStrength classes I was a bit apprehensive. I also have certain medical issues that add constraints to my ability to exercise. However, I discovered how truly adaptable these classes are, as each exercise could be modified to my ability and I could truly work at my level. .”

My point of difference

My work is dedicated to women who have been or are going though adversity. I draw on my experience as a athlete, and a mother of a child who has a disability and is frequently hospitalized to develop strength programs to assist others to be strong and move forward through their hardest times. I aim to equip my clients with tools so that they are physically and emotionally able to navigate through life’s ups and downs, especially if they have a loved one who is sick and requires extra care.
