I transform business and leaders. Together with the owners we decide on the 'numbers that matter' to them, and then I work very closely with the shareholders and leadership team to implement the changes. For some busineses the 'numbers that matter' are revenue, or increasing cashflow, but for others its decreasing the hours worked, or increasing the number of days spent with their children.I am a 'Chief Financial Officer' with over 15 years experience, but I have an equal love of numbers operations and people. So together we work on the key elements of your business to make your busines more financially secure and bring you the life you want. I am not a coach, I am a finance executive and I partner with you at the executive table to drive your company forward.

Recently (March 2023), I presented at a conference showing the “Magic Numbers”. It is a presentation based on the 7 levels that you can tweak in business by 1% to drive more than 38x the cashflow in one year.
